8 Hours + Vendor Management
Our most popular package for couples who want everything handled. From vendor management prior to the day and run sheet creation to running the day from start to finish, we’ll be there for the full 8 hours making sure every detail goes smoothly. Think of us as your wedding-day project manager, keeping the whole celebration stress-free and on track.

6 Hours + Vendor Management
Perfect if you don’t need us for the entire day, but still want all the benefits of vendor wrangling, timeline management, and on-the-day coordination. We’ll be there for 6 hours making sure your day runs seamlessly, so you can just focus on saying “I do”.

4 Hours (minimum spend)
For couples who’ve done all the planning themselves but want a pro to step in on the big day. You create the run sheet and manage your vendors, and we’ll take the reigns - running your timeline, coordinating vendors on the day, and smoothing out any bumps along the way. A calm, capable helping hand for 4 hours to keep things stress-free.

Once you slide in to our inbox, we confirm if we have the date available and we hop on a quick call and make sure our vibes align before locking the day away.
4-6 weeks before the big day we shoot through our OTD Discovery Call Form for you to fill in and we follow up with a meeting to go over and lock in all the details. We then send through the first draft of the Runsheet for your feedback.
Two weeks before the day the finalised Runsheet is circulated to your Vendors and I introduce myself as the point of contact. Then we stay in touch right up to the morning when I pop my head around the corner and say “hello, I’m here!”
We do not limit communication. Once we are locked in from your date of booking, we are available to you!

This is simply because so much changes over the course of the 12 months leading up to your wedding.
When we arrive to the 6 week mark, this is the sweet spot when most details are locked away and we can get down to the nitty gritty of timing out the day.
If you need anything at all before the 6 week mark, we are of course, here to support you. Never be shy to pick up the phone or send an email! That’s what we are here for!

Yes, of course you can, we are happy to customise your package so it suits your day to a T. Include all your details in our contact form and we will get in touch to chat through your options.

Vendor management means we’re the point of contact for all your wedding suppliers on the day (and the weeks prior), from florists and photographers to caterers and musicians. Instead of you fielding calls or answering questions, we make sure everyone knows where to be, when to arrive, and what’s happening next. We distribute your finalised run-sheet before the wedding and introduce ourselves as your port of call.
With over 10 years in the wedding industry, we know how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so your vendors can do their best work and you can simply enjoy your wedding.

That’s totally fine! If you’d prefer to handle things yourself, just make sure you keep open communication with all your suppliers in the lead-up and nominate a trusted friend or family member to be the point of contact on the day before I arrive. That way, you won’t be the one fielding calls or running around when you should be enjoying your wedding.
You can book the 4 hour minimum package and simply add your additional hours where needed.

We are based in Sydney but welcome events far and wide. Travel fees will be added for events outside of Sydney and accommodation fees are added for events that finish after 10pm (outside of Sydney).

Anything from 6-18 months is the sweet spot. But if you need us sooner, and we are available, we’ll move mountains to ensure you have the stress-free day you deserve!

We absolutely can if that is how you would like to utilise your allocated hours. Please let us know what you would like done and we can advise how much time to allocate to each job.

Yes we do, we require an allocated car space at the Ceremony and Reception to ensure we are able to hop in the car to the next spot in a timely manner (and beat all your guests)!
